Great experience using the services of Alex. He promptly came by at the time he promised. Then he did not hesitate to give us all the details about the problem we had with our freezer.
He suggested that we first check the heater inside the freezer and go from there. He gave us the quotes for each of the 3 options – defective heater, defective sensor, and defective circuit board. It is always good to know the ballpark estimate of the cost I am going to incur for the services that are provided. And I have seen most technicians do not (cannot) provide accurate estimates. Finally we spent less since the heater and circuit board seemed good.
